Company in-house training
Before the selected crew and officers are sent to
the appointed vessels, they are given a one-week, pre-joining, in-house
training by the I.S.O. Internal Auditors / Instructors, for thorough
understanding of I.S.M. Code (International Safety Management). They are
also trained in theory and practical, to become familiar with the
instruments, life-saving equipments and other components of the vessels
they are handling. In the mean time, they are taught to fulfill their
given duties, to be obedient, to have good dealing with officers and
crew of different nationalities. They are also taught to speak fluent
English.
We train our crew and officers to be not less than the best
prepared.
